    A VETERANS MEMORIAL PLAZA WILL BE CONSTRUCTED ON THE ALBANY HIGH SCHOOL CAMPUS. THE PLAZA WILL BE BUILT IN FRONT OF THE HIGH SCHOOL AND SOUTH OF THE FOOTBALL FIELD. MAKE: LIVINGSTON PARISH----AND LOUISIANA----AND OUR NATION PROUD.
 
    THE PLAZA WILL CONSIST OF TEN (10) BRICK WALLS WITH THE NAMES OF OUR VETERANS. (LIVING OR DECEASED) THERE WILL BE AN EIGHTY-FOOT FLAGPOLE AT THE CENTER OF THE PLAZA SURROUNDED BY EACH BRANCH SERVICE FLAG, A MIA/POW FLAG AND THE LOUISIANA STATE FLAG.       

    AN OUT DOOR CLASSROOM WILL OVER LOOK THE MEMORIAL AND A BRONZE STATURE. THE BRICK LETTERING IS 5/8” HIGH, WITH 16 LETTERS INCLUDING SPACES PER LINE, BRICK COLOR: CRIMSON.

    WE ARE SOLICITING ALL VETERANS, OR FAMILIES OF VETERANS TO PARTICIPATE IN THE VETERANS MEMORIAL PLAZA BY PURCHASING A MONOGRAMMED BRICK. “HELP US HONOR AMERICAS HERO’S, AND MAY WE NEVER FORGET”. THEY FOUGHT, THEY DIED FOR OUR FREEDOM.
